What to send for a fast quote
A complete enquiry lets us answer in one pass. If you have a drawing, send it as PDF, DXF or a clear photograph with a scale. If there is no drawing, the following points are enough to start:
- Spring family: compression, extension, torsion, die or special
- Wire or strip size, outside diameter and free length
- Working load and the travel or angle at that load
- Installation space and any bore or mandrel constraint
- Material preference, surface finish and operating environment
- Estimated annual quantity, and whether a sample is required first
How we reply
We check the design before quoting. If the stress, solid height or end form will not work, we say so and propose an alternative rather than quoting a part that will fail in service. The reply includes the proposed dimensions, material, tolerance, price and sample lead time.
For standard sizes, stock availability can be checked on our Chinese stock lookup page. Send the part number or dimensions and we will confirm what is available and what needs to be made.
Payment and delivery
Samples are normally paid in advance; production terms are agreed per order. Delivery is by international courier for samples and by air or sea for volume, with the commercial invoice and packing list prepared for the destination country. Please state the destination and any certification requirement in the first message.
